Tuition & Values

Tuition also covers:

• All textbooks
• Chromebooks
• Lunch
• After school clubs with the exception of clubs organized by outside vendors
• Weekly stay overs in Edep’s dormitory including dinner and breakfast

Room & Board also covers:

• Breakfast & Dinner

Payment Plans:

Once the student has been admitted one of the following payment plan options should be followed to finish the enrollment process.

First Option: Full Payment by May 5, 2024, to earn 5% Discount

Second Option: $1,500 non-refundable registration fee due at registration which is deducted from total tuition amount. Remaining tuition is divided into 10 payments from August 5, 2024 to May 5, 2025.

Late Fee:

$50 late fee will be charged for late payments.

Returned Checks:

There will be $35 charge for any check/ACH payment returned due to Non-sufficient funds.

Missing Payment Policy:

• First missing payment: A notice will be sent to parents.
• Second missing payment: Final notice will be sent to parents.
• Third missing payment: Student will be unregistered from the program. Legal process shall be initiated for collection of the funds, all the legal fees and expenses including bank fees must be paid by the responsible party.

Refund Policy:

• In the case of notification of cancellation for student registration at school due to either voluntary withdrawal and dismissal or suspension for academic or disciplinary reasons, all voluntary withdrawals must include a written notification in order to be considered for issuance of a refund.

  Parents are responsible for the rates below in case of withdrawal for any reason. Rates are arranged according to the quarters.

  For cancellations made prior to the first day of school 15% of tuition and boarding will be retained

  For cancellations made during the 1st quarter 35% of tuition and boarding will be retained

  For cancellations made during the 2nd quarter 60% of tuition and boarding will be retained

  For cancellations made during the 3rd quarter 90% of tuition and boarding will be retained.

   

Sibling Discount:

• There will be a 10% discount for each sibling registered to school.

Additional Fees:

Camp fees are to be determined. A portion of camp fees will be requested in the future.

Boarding students are expected to acquire their own chromebooks.

Important Notes:

• If payment is not completed at the end of the year, we cannot provide you with any paperwork regarding your child’s transfer to high school.
• Edep Academy is not responsible for the transportation of the students for their routine doctor appointments, counselor appointments, and therapist appointments.
• We encourage all parents to start a new email accounts for their child’s school communication
• We do placement only based on student’s test scores and academic background. We do not make any arrangements upon parents’ request or students’ friendship preferences.
